There are no offline Fjällräven shops in our country, so I found this one online, verified its authenticity through various sources, and made my first order. Then the second, and the third… totaling six! 😜 MFB shipped my orders within a day or two after payment, and I received my bags here in Kazakhstan in 8 to 10 days! That was really fast! An overall amazing experience. Ordered the Kanken no.2 laptop 15", and couldn't be happier with the purchase. I really can't rate this company highly enough. Brought two bags from them in the last week (Weekender and High coast crossbody). You know you are dealing with a legit vendor, prices are cheaper then buy direct and delivery is super fast. Ordered Friday and came today. Without a doubt if i need anything from Fjallraven these are the guys i'm coming to.

I ordered and received a bag that was/is lovely but I had some queries about bag size/measurements and after messaging about this I got a prompt response and shared several exchanges with member of staff Sue. I also heard from Phoebe and Lucy. Sue was helpful and thoughtful and took the trouble to look into my question and offer some ideas and suggestions; Prompt, polite, considerate and the real life touch although we actually never spoke. I will use this company again and on my experience would recommend them. Now I am going to try out and enjoy my bag..

DO NOT order from this website. Dreadful & poor customer service. I ordered a pricey backpack. The mail delivered it incorrectly and got stolen within 2 days of delivery. The way the customer service handled this was shocking. A rude email reply with no promise of a refund or a new product sent. So lost just under 100£. Worst website ever ordered on. This has never happened to me and trust me have been ordering lots online. Beyond disappointing.

I’ve wanted a Kanken backpack for years and they have every colour and design just like on the Fjällräven website! Pricing is really good and managed to get a discount which was a bonus! Great pricing and super fast delivery, I ordered a bag the week before Christmas expecting it to be delivered sometime after but it was delivered within a couple of days. Can definitely recommend these guys.

I love this dress!!! It can be worn when hiking, but actually looks good enough for me to wear to work!... so super adaptable for travel. I also have the Fyallraven High Coast Lite Dress W & S/F Saddle to Table Dress W... and love all three but I think the Womens High Coast Shade Dress is my favourite, but I LOVE all three. Such a versatile brand with clever designs, high quality materials and well made.

My order has been confirmed on 8 Dec, but still not received it yet. Would you pls inform when it will be arrived. It is ordered for Christmas, now the Christmas has pass, and not arrived yet.
