Excellent service all round from Nano Fibre UK. Arrived promptly and introduced themselves explaining what they would do throughout their time on site. The engineers Ciaran and Damon were lovely, very professional in discussing the best options for the install. Ran through the operation clearly before making good and leaving the site clean and tidy.

Ewan came nice and early to install the brake internet, there was no infer structure on the one poll so had to use the the pole 100m away! He installed everything very quick and efficient. Top bloke! Very pleased with the connection all around the house !! Thanks Ewan!

Nano were responsible for the install of my FTTP internet service. With what appeared to be quite convoluted install based on my location the team from Nano made it look effortless. Great communication at every step of the process and special thanks to Damon and Morne who were very attentive to any questions I had RE placement and configuration of my setup.

Aaron, Dan & Vic came today on behalf of BRSK and installed my new 500mbps fibre broadband. They were absolutely brilliant! Very efficient (just over an hour), very tidy (rubbish removed; wore shoe covers indoors; external cabling had neat straight lines), happy to discuss anything. They waited until the firmware updated and checked everything was in spec and fully documented before leaving. Can’t speak highly enough of them.

Helpful, good communication from the engineer and swift installation. Very happy with Mordechai 😊

Had a great set up today with Mordechai. We were on the top floor in a difficult place to install but he managed it perfectly.

Ewan and Rowan carried a fibre installation this afternoon for Brsk. They were very polite and friendly, keeping me informed with the work they were doing and gave a timescale of how long the installation would take. The whole installation went quicker than I expected and Ewan was great at providing the set up advice. Overall, highly professional and friendly service, everything looked neat and tidy and very happy with the work carried out. Highly recommend!!
