I had plenty of communication before arrival confirming they were coming, both via text and email. Ewan and Ronan C arrived bang on 8 am and were finished within an hour and a half, without much involvement from me. The outside cabling looks great and is barely noticeable, the inside is the same. Explained the installation and how to use the router to me. Nice lads, knowledgeable and very happy with everything.

Excellent installation service for a YouFibre broadband connection. JohnA did the install and was polite, answered my questions and kept me informed when a minor delay occured. He had to call in additional support to get some underground cabling put in place but even that took less than one hour. YouFibre connection speeds are 20 times faster than Sky at the router and around 10x faster WiFi around the house.

They were very polite and did everything they could to lay the cable where I asked for. Ewan and Rowan C did a fantastic job. Clean and neat installation.
