Placed order on June 8th arrived June 13th by Fed EX…(Denver, Colorado) I ordered the “Ophelia bed” from Rove Concepts and it was “in stock” and its finally arriving after one month….POV all shipping times are somewhat off even with the big furniture companies.

United States | 04 February 2022I ordered 4 wishbone chairs in early Nov 2021. The estimated shipping date was two weeks away. It's now Feb 4 and the estimated shipping date is Mar 4. They are still marketing the chairs on their site as shipping in two weeks. I don't know if they are just incompetent or an actual scam, but I'm done. I cancelled my order and will buy chairs elsewhere.

MInd you their website still says the item is in stock and could be delivered in a week. I called them out on in and they had no explanation, no apology, nothing. I cancelled my order. Do not order from these people.

We ordered one to make sure of the quality and as soon as we unwrapped it we immediately ordered 3 more. Highly recommend!

The color is lovely, the chairs are well made and they’re very comfortable too. The customer support I received from Bespoek helped me in making my determination about which chairs I’d purchase. We get lots of compliments on it. You can’t go wrong if you are looking for these type of chairs.

I purchased an "in stock" item in June, received part of the order (minus the cushions) and am now told I will receive those in October (maybe)? I have an unusable piece of furniture taking up space in my house. Unacceptably bad and misleading.

United States | 17 August 2021They claim to have products in stock and ready to ship, say nothing, don't ship them and then tell you they will ship in three months. I've written them a letter demanding that they change their business practices and notify all of their customers of what they have done. I've filed a complaint with the CA attorney general. I truly hope they decide to do the right thing.

United Kingdom | 09 June 2021I was surprised and anxious that the package was so light when it arrived, but after swift set up I was pleased with the build and the shape and the material, but couldn’t get the tilt function to work. I emailed to nquire and was given a video to watch and without really doing anything different, the chair began to work really well with enough tilt to be very happy with. Good comms, terrible wait time, but that’s customs under Brexit!

What impressed me the most as actually the customer service. I had some issues with the chair in transit when I received it, Throughout the process of getting that situated, they delivered above and beyond customer service by everyone on their entire team. Big ups to an incredible team, I'll be back again if not simply for the customer service component. - Thank you

United States | 30 March 2021UPDATE: customer service gave me a refund without requiring that they receive the chair back at their warehouse. I feel like I had to fight for it and had to go through a lot of stress to get here, but they finally did the right thing. Still never shopping with them, but feeling a little better about them Also the chair did end up getting shipped, but it was shipped after I had already expressed multiple times that I wanted to cancel my order. So I had to change the delivery location so that it would stay at a FedEx store instead of risking it showing up at my door and then having to transport a 45 lb box back to FedEx. So all together not ideal. ORIGINAL REVIEW Buyers beware! This company is a total scam. They are absolutely dishonest. I totally trusted them at the beginning, and never has a company so broken my trust. TLDR- I never got my chair, it is months late, they are saying I can’t get a refund until the chair gets “back to their warehouse,” multiple evidences of dishonest workarounds to screw me over, I want a refund and they tell me they want to come to an “agreement that is adequate for both sides” 🙄 We ordered a pavilion chair in December with an estimated delivery of the first week in February. THEY CHARGED MY CARD AT THAT TIME, which NOW I know is not industry standard and might even be illegal. They never sent me a receipt, but I got a tracking link. I was never notified that our chair was delayed. When I reached out, I was provided another date to expect the chair which was over 6 weeks later than the date promised originally. I still trusted them at this time, but I started getting a bad feeling about this purchase. I started researching the company and noticed some very sketchy things. Their reviews on their website are ALL 5 star reviews, but when I tried to post a review, it didn’t show up anywhere. Also, they blamed the delay for my chair on COVID, but based on reviews, several people seemed to have received their chair with no delay before I got mine. I also feel like some of the reviews seemed exactly like reviews I had read before purchasing the chair, but the date of the reviews was later than my purchase date. I think their reviews are fake! After the second date passed, I reached out requesting a refund. They have sent information about my order to FedEx so that there is a tracking number and label, but FedEx does not have the chair. They did this so that they could tell me that I can only get a refund if they get the chair “back to their warehouse.” Total dishonest scammer move. I said no, I want a refund. We had several back and forth responses in which the customer service representative kept telling me I could get a refund when the order arrived via FedEx and I “declined the order” and then THEY confirm that it got back to their warehouse (LOL like they’d tell me!!) and that this is their policy when items are “almost at your doorstep” (when it hasn’t even been delivered to FedEx yet!!). Finally he says his supervisor would call me so we could come to an agreement which is “adequate for both sides” which I found infuriating. But of course I did not receive a call! I feel like this company has totally ruined me for any small online businesses. Now I will be looking up every unknown online retailer on the better business bureau to be sure it’s not a scam. And I am so angry at them for making me a cynic. But here I am, a hardened cynic for life now. Thanks ByBESPOEK! 🙄

United States | 26 February 2021Terrible experience. Zero communication. Took almost 5 months to arrive with ZERO updates. Ordered a chandelier with 4 week delivery time. Not only did I never receive a confirmation email, or any order updates, but 4 weeks go by and I have to proactively reach out to byBESPOEK asking for a status. They inform me it is delayed by 6 weeks. 6 weeks go by, zero communication or updates. I reach back out and ask for another update, am told it is delayed by 6 MORE weeks. 18 weeks go by with zero update, so I finally ask them to cancel my order and refund... they reply and coincidentally my order had shipped the day I asked them to refund and cancel?!? Odd. Also, cheaply made in China.

Misrepresented product before I bought it, then gave me a run-around about returning and refund, refused to communicate, and when I finally disputed the charge on my credit card they went down the rabbit hole of shady deal proposals, phone harassment, and bullying.

United States | 18 January 2021Pathetic customer service! I placed an order on the Nov 28, for 2 CH25 chairs. I was told they would be delivered by Dec 11. They arrived separately 4 weeks late. The boxes were half open and smashed. Both chairs are damaged and on top of all that the chairs are different colors! Customer service has acknowledged the issue and said they can see the problems from the photos I sent, but two weeks after complaining I still can’t get a resolution. I’ve called every day since the chairs arrived and am continuously given the run around. One representative from the Company actually suggested I dye the papercord to match! Disgraceful! Don’t bother with this Company!
