The experience for me has been excellent so far. I have only had the service since August of this year, but I have not had any major issues. The few I have had were very small and usually my own ignorance. But they have been very good in there response to help me solve my issues. They are very helpful and explain very well how to solve the issues. Considering the time difference in the United States and their location, I would say they have been very responsive. I have no complaints. I know they have saved me hundreds of dollars so far, and I greatly appreciate what they are doing. Keep up the good work, gentlemen.

Speed Up Service is a total shitshow. My site has never been so unstable, it doesn't display properly. All that was done is someone logged in and threw on a load of plugins with some vague setup that is causing a load of problems. I could have done that myself for free.

Excellent and fast support, they respond to every question, even the ones you may think are silly, I have used others like PluginsThemes, and their support is just meh, not so great. There is an extensive library of Plugins and Themes, but the swift time with updates is insane. The only difficulty I have is browsing their library, I mean it is easy to find something if you know what you're looking for, but if you're a web designer like myself looking to explore, having organised Menu categories like on plugintheme.net, will be great and I will appreciate it very much.

The membership is well worth it, a number of the plugins dont work though or at least not to the full function and when you requests updates they dont always get done as they just have so many. Overall I would recommend it out of all the plugins I have tried I do have one installed which actually works great. I think this platform is good but should be more clear that all plugins are not updated or even a marker on the ones that are not going to be updated then when you find things dont work its not a disapointment. I would recomend it however as the value for money is there but I would not recommend going full on with a membership just because you have seen one plugin that may or may not work. If there is a couple then 100% its worth it. They do offer other things with the membership such as back links which I cant comment on as I have not had the results as of yet from it.
