I am from Delhi, India and building my website on WordPress. I have purchased a theme today on 29th April 2023 by the name of "TripGo" However, I have downloaded and trying to install on the WordPress server so I have found below issues : 1. Theme doesn 't have it 's child theme under the folder. 2. Plugins are available in the theme but whenever I am trying to install in my WordPress server, I am getting critical error. 3. I have already shared the issue with "WorldPressit.com" Team over the Facebook Messenger but still waiting for the support from there side. I have received their quick support, I must say these (worldpressit.com) people are really genuine as compare to other sites like gplclub.co (gplclub.co is fraud website as they don't have licensed products)

Excellent Service!! I ran into an install issue, which was an oversight on my part. Patrick asked me to send him a short clip of what I was doing, which I did and he responded with instructions and it worked perfectly.

Tell you what... this is a fantastic option for any Wordpress developers out there. I was a bit reluctant at first but just to have access to a huge library of plugins to try them out first is great. If I have a plugin that I've tried and tested and like to use, I sometimes then subscribe directly to the plugin developers to access more detailed development support too. However, basic support from WorldpressIT is good. They're quick to respond via their Facebook Messenger service so you can get most problems solved quickly.

With a lot of sites you get a contact form and MAYBE an answer in 24 hours - or not at all which is my usual experience, With Worldpressit you have that and a chat that isn't "manned" by a brain dead robot but a real human that answer in hours or less if the time zone is in your favour. Patrick is Knowledgable, Helpful and quick. Oh and worldpressit IT has helped me immensley by letting me try stuff that turned out to have flaws and would have wasted money. The products that I use daily thoug, I purchase to get the support from the original creators - when something is missiion critical you need that peace of mind. I'll You won't regret getting a worldpressit subscription - you WILL find products you didn't know you needed. Btw I'm not his Father, grandfather or cousin - just a very satisfied customer.

I'm adjusting my previous review. The site owner was able to post a current version of the plugin I was looking at. The plugin posted was about 10 versions behind. It did take a bit of time, but it's now updated. They worked hard to ensure customer satisfaction. My advice would be to triple-check the version posted on the site. If it is not current, ask for a current version before making the purchase if that is important to you. There may be instances where a current version may not be available through the site. Just ask.
