*UPDATE REGARDING THEIR FEEDBACK* ... "after actually getting refunded (and completely lying about "5 out of 7 items" ... Feedback about this: We purchased from different emails. Not all orders was made from same email. So how you can say i am lying?! About , which never happened in reality, since you bought a single product which we have refunded to you). ... "Come and slander, defame and hurt the reputation of the vendor after getting a full refund after being abusive and aggressive to our support." Feedback about this point: I can send you all emails via privat mail or via normal email all purchase emails. And you can see: In total 5 of 7 plugins was not working. Also the last plugin we have purchased (redis object cache) was not working. So its very frustrating and normal that customers are not happy if 5 of 7 plugins was not working. Is that normal for you and woud you be happy with that kind of product? And yes, the last email of us was not the most friendly email. Because we was very frustrated. And we telling you to remove the redis object cache plugin if its not working - and you still not remove it. They also reply to us: You send us today email and now you send again email... -> Yes, because 5 of 7 plugins have the same problems in history and its feeling like to work with "children". Same on last purchase: license was not working, and we do not get any solution, only refund. A refund is nice, but we dont pay for a plugin just to get a refund. We purchased this plugins to work with it. And they are still online and other visitors still can buy this not working license...

Without knowing, I made a mistake with a certain plugin. I asked support who friendly and fast informed me what could go wrong. I immediately found out about my error. Support was very friendly and helpful.

The guys involved with Worldpress provide excellent service and are always helpful in the rare event that I need support. Most of the time, their stuff just works. As always, it is important that you understand what you are buying through them. If you need lots of support and hand-holding for plugins or themes then you should definitely go the paid route through the developers as that is exactly what they are charging for. If you already understand what you are doing in WordPress and just need the funtionality, WorldPress IT is the way to go. I continue to be a very happy customer.
