So grateful for this company and the service they provide. After nearly two weeks of not being able to find my new medication— fully stressed, frustrated and about to give up, I saw Insito mentioned on Reddit. At first, I didn’t trust it but I researched and found an article mentioning them in the LA times and decided to go for it. They found my medication within 36 hours. Pharmacies will not tell you whether or not they have your meds if they are controlled medications so using Insito was truly well worth the cost. The correspondence was prompt and super cordial. Excellent customer service. I would definitely use this service again.

After I reached out to Insito Medfinder at my doctor’s recommendation, they managed to track down my meds within the hour. Unfortunately, an unexpected issue between my doctor and the pharmacy arose that seemed to be a dealbreaker. Although it had nothing to do with Insito, the person I worked with immediately reached out to the pharmacist to identify a workaround, and in the meantime restarted efforts to find the medication in stock elsewhere. To be honest, I initially hesitated to spend the money on this service, but they earned every penny by going above and beyond— and remaining incredibly kind and patient over the afternoon it took to figure everything out!

I’m so glad I found MedFinder! Medfinder is an awesome tool for locating meds, especially meds like Wegovy or Zepbound. I have used it twice now & second times the charm! The 1st time was a pharmacy issue & I didn’t get the meds but the 2nd time worked great. I now know that I can get my meds for a lower price at the pharmacy they found! If you are struggling to find a medication, you should try Medfinder. We've used them six times, all with great success. After days of searching, they located my first prescription within hours of my request. I had one instance of a pharmacy telling me they did not have my med in stock. I reached out to Insito, was very quickly sent another option, and had my medication the same day. I'm signing up again and will continue to do so. Medfinder is an absolute game-changer for those with difficulty accessing prescriptions.

These guys are fantastic. I have used them twice now, the first time was super quick and easy, no issues. The second time was harder — but not because of them, because of insurance issues and difficult pharmacists — yet they persisted and continued to keep working on finding a place to fill my medication. They were also responsive with texts and I felt they were really dedicated to helping me figure out the issue before I went on holiday, which was only in a few days — and they did. The price does feel a little expensive, but it saves me sooooooo much time and energy and stress calling around to so many pharmacies each month looking for my meds. So, for me, they are definitely worth the cost!!
