To my shock half of them look dead all curled up and splits in the petals I was so upset to tell him of the state they arrived in. My husband got in touch to only be told to peel outer layer off. £90 for flowers to be told do it yourself. This is shocking customer service and left with dead very expensive flowers Update: Order number 689641

WHY AM I PAYING £190 FOR THIS?? THIS ISNT MY JOB ESPECIALLY FOR THE COST. I UNDERSTAND THIS SHOULD BE DONE A COUPLE DAYS AFTER PURCHASE BUT TO SPEND THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR THEM TO ARRIVE LOOKING LOOKING HALF DEAD IS NOT ACCPETABLE. THIS WAS A VERY DISAPOITNTING GIFT. TO THEN BE OFFERED ONLY £40 OF THE £190 NOR TO BE OFFERED A FRESH BUNCH IS POOR. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO - PARTNER PRE BOOKED 50 FLOWERS FOR VALENTINES DAY AND COMMUNICATION ON THE DAY WAS RUDE AND VERY DELAYED.

United Kingdom | 15 February 2023Do not use this company if its for an occasion. I ordered flowers to my partners house for valentines day, the delivery time was 2-4PM. I called the delivery driver at 5PM when he still hadn't arrived but I could see he was 5 mins away on the map. His answer was "I got out of bed late and it's my first day" when I asked if he was coming soon as my partner was under time pressure to leave. She waited until 6.40PM at which time she had to leave, he was still 5 mins away on the map but stopped accepting my phone calls. I got a notification that they were delivered at 8PM (who wants flowers at 8PM on valentines day???) and when we opened them upon return they were wilted and brown. Shockingly bad customer service for the price and I'm yet to hear back from anyone at the company. Will not use again.

Flowers genuinely are as breathtaking as shown on the website! Very fresh and last for much longer than expected. Wish I’d known about them when I was organising flowers for my wedding!

United Kingdom | 07 February 2023customer service needs to be better - part of my order did not arrive and was told by the driver this was because they were out of stock - I was not informed by email or phone - inconvenient because I chose three types of flowers to go with each other and I ended up with two almost the same and not the third - needs to be more communication with the customer when these things happen to see if they should still go ahead with part of an order or let the customer decide if they would like to choose something different - its also impossible to get to speak to someone without having to wait a few hours for them to get back to you..
