after 5 missed deliveries and so many emails back and forward these flowers have been ultimately delivered. worst experience ever. i will never use Flowerbox again

I didn’t receive the flower the courier they use has canceled my order and no one is taking response for this

I ordered a 6 month subscription as a Christmas present for my daughter. Unfortunately the subscription was activated before the time requested. I informed Flowerbx immediately and they responded very quickly.

Flowers died after 3 days . No good !

Delivered my beautiful white amaryllis on time, well packed and now they look stunning.

Attractive website, easy to navigate impressive choice. Straightforward to order, book delivery slot etc. Only disappointment is that I specifically selected white flowers as a gift for someone I know prefers white. Recipient later reported flowers were pink when they opened.

The roses were very nice and lush but didn’t last long . They arrived just before Christmas, in the afternoon on 20.12. and by Christmas Day they were kind of tired.

Flowers delivered without gift card, a friend encountered this problem with your company so this in not an isolated case. You need to improve your system. I had to contact recipient to find out if the flowers had been received. Not impressed.
