Richard and Kayleigh have not only gone the extra mile, they literally went above and beyond to make sure that we are comfortable and have all the information available to make the best decision along the way. Without them, the experience of buying our first home would have definitely not been as smooth as it was. We were given rough quotes for our mortage. Spent some time uploading eveything they needed. Didn’t hear anything for days. Then despite showing my earnings and P60 they said I couldn’t get the mortgage. Conflicting information between emails as too many people working on the case. We dealt with Richard and Kayleigh whom we found very unhelpful and didn’t really understand my working pattern which is why this went wrong. Since then we have now had AIP from another mortgage broker and hsbc. Which goes to show that Smarter mortgages didn’t really know what they were doing or they don’t deal with people who work flexi hours or zero hours contract I would recommend using AP solutions as they will fight your corner and get you your mortgage

You'll struggle to find a better broker. We have used Adam on two purchases since 2017 and he has been excellent throughout. The first purchase went on for over 9 months and with our second we have been in contact for a similar period. Most people can find you a good rate but the service you get with Adam is second to none. I recommend him to everyone I know and will continue to do so.
