I initially had a positive experience with this service, but issues began after a billing error. I was charged $149 instead of the remaining $50 balance owed, and my emails to support have gone unanswered for over two weeks. Poor customer support and unresolved billing errors make this service hard to trust. By the way, your chat support is broken and cannot be accessed - appreciate a reply from any of the three messages I sent that aged almost two weeks already. Update: This is an update to my last message, it's Nov 11, 2024. - I got Upgrow's attention after my initial post here the day after. I was able to get my refund on October 29th. Please note if you use this service and you have an ad blocker, you have to pause it. The chat support worked after doing so and the data points improved. I'm changing my rate experience along side the progress I made by using this service.

The results are good and so is the customer service.

I'm going to sing up for another month after getting a little over 2K followers my first month.

Within a day of starting the paid service, my account was flagged by Instagram for suspicious behavior I gained 30 new followers almost all of the accounts have 1-5 followers and/or are in another country. I emailed customer service and haven’t heard back. They tout AI but this is a basic bot follower service with good marketing and design. I submitted a help request right away and haven't heard back from them after a week. Also note they have NO OPTION to cancel, you have to message them to cancel.

I didn't have to wait long at all to see growth which is surprising since I thought that it took like two weeks. Either way, I'm happy.

They helped grow my account quick and I thought it would take a lot longer.
