Absolute nightmare of a service! UpGrow has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any Instagram growth platform. Despite setting up my account with clear instructions to target Romanian followers for my restaurant, I got nothing but irrelevant bot followers from completely random countries, particularly Asia. This is damaging my brand's credibility, and I'm left having to manually delete these useless followers. Their 'AI model' is clearly a joke—other services like Flock and Kiksta got it right, but UpGrow failed miserably. Despite multiple requests, they kept pushing for more time, only to deliver zero results aligned with my target audience. Save your money and time—this service is a total scam!

I started getting fake bot followers to my account within 24 hours from countries I did not select on my profile. But the worst part was I contacted customer service within hours of realising and asked to cancel my subscription. Everyday since they keep giving me the run around and wont allow me to cancel but won't say they won't. I keep getting emails that they are happy to help me but give it more time or book a call and I have been very clear I want these bot followers to stop. So on those grounds poor service and not respecting someone wants to cancel. That is bad! Scammers stay away from Upgrow.

So, things started off strong, but I should have known that it was all too good to be true. The followers we got were all flagged and had to be purged, which is the opposite of what the company is supposed to provide. Basically we paid $100 a month to have our account put at risk. I feel like an idiot for believing their pitch. I reached out to them numerous times in every way possible, and now, all of a sudden, I’m getting zero response. There’s no way to cancel on their website, even though it clearly states that subscriptions are easily canceled through the management page. They are not responding to messages or emails and the only phone number I found is never answered. It’s clear now, that they make it nearly impossible to cancel. Do not trust this company!

Do not use. Absolute scam and when you do contact to cancel no one gets back to you. I’m still waiting for a reply from months ago and meanwhile they’re still charging me though I’ve requested to cancel. Can someone please respond to chats and emails.

Do not use this company, i am in my 7 day trail and it's not possible to cancel my subscription, only via chat. When you start the chat they say they will answer you in hours. I guess this is a company that doesnt have your best interests at heart. After their answer underneath: The answer of UpGrow is a complete lie. We signed a customer up for their Turbo AI Plan and selected USA and Canada targets. The Upgrow dashboard shows 75% came from these markets, our customers' IG account shows 85% came from Bangladesh. We only received 1,027 Followers of the "3,500 - 5,000+ Real Followers /mo" in their Turbo Plan. We have contacted them several times to cancel the account, but they refuse to respond and continue to bill our credit card $299/month.

They have great customer service. They helped me with all of the questions and concerns I had before signing up and walked me through their service.

I used Upgrow to increase the followers for a travel blogging instagram account. All followers we got were very low quality. Nearly all were accounts that appeared to be fake or bots with little followers. Over the course of a month we did gain a lot of these followers but not a single one of them interacted with our page. Contacting Upgrow for help with your account is impossible. There is no one that responds through the chat feature and no other contact method. No way to cancel your account without reaching a person. This company is horrible - highly recommend using a different one.

This company is a scam. You get followers however they are all bots and not real people. The data they present doesn’t line up with instagram it’s all nonsense. They also do not allow you to cancel subscription I have been messaging them for ages now to cancel and no response. I have reported them.

Do not trust this company. It’s all fake. They say it’s easy to cancel/get a refund if you’re not satisfied with the service but that’s rubbish, the messages keep deleting and they don’t get back to any emails. When I asked to cancel and get a refund I was left on read. Ironic that they can keep up to date with all of the replies on their reviews. They say you can cancel easy on the website, this is not true there is no way to cancel through the website. Small business owners STAY AWAY

I've been trying to contact this scammy company to cancel my subscription for 2 months now but I get no response. I've tried on their chat and by sending emails - they have no phone support. And they don't allow you to stop your subscription on their website which is completely shady. My next move is to call my credit card company and stop the monthly autodraft (and contact the BBB). So disappointing! EDIT: There is no one click cancellation, sorry. When you click manage your subscription it takes you into a chat where you have to leave a message but no one responds. I did this many times over a two month period. If there is a one click cancellation, why don't you update your response with instructions on how to do so when others visit here to leave you a negative review they can cancel at any time rather than bang their head against a wall for two months like I did...

750 new followers, but all fake. Not a single real person, all from abroad, even though I specifically asked for people from the Netherlands. Instagram itself labeled the followers as fake and automatically blocked them. After several contacts, they kept insisting to wait because AI was learning how to find the right people. Well, that didn’t work out, and now I’m stuck with 750 fake followers that I have to remove one by one. Definitely not recommended.

TOTAL SCAM! All my followers I received from them were FAKE accounts. I'm currently trying to cancel for weeks and they don't allow you to cancel without having to talk to their agents. They just keep making you go round in circles. Don't also trust Jessica from UpGrow who keeps responding to the negative replies saying you can cancel from the Dashboard - you can't. It just takes you to their live chat. Good luck and stay safe

Buyer beware! This is a scam. They are 100% all bots, you will gain followers, but they are not real. When you go cancel your subscription you can’t because there’s no live person to talk to. I had to contact my bank to have them cancel and block transactions from coming through. I’m a new business owner. I should’ve done thorough research. Don’t make the same mistake! There are other better companies out there that are not scams and fraudulent. This response is even a lie. There’s no one to get ahold of and there’S NO cancelation option.
