Please people don’t get fooled. This company makes fake accounts I knew it coz they use Caucasian profile pictures then when I looked at the country it says Bangladesh. And all the accounts are in private so u can add them. I tried to cancel my subscription they are way beyond difficult coz they don’t reply when it’s about cancellations of subscriptions instead I called my bank and reported them and block them from taking money…

Notice how every response from UpGrow on Trustpilot is the same copy and paste response?? You aren’t getting real followers. They are all bots. This is a scam. Good luck trying to cancel your subscription. You can’t. There are no real people to speak to. I had to cancel via my bank. Avoid at all costs

You're able to attract followers that actually like your content so you can have even more engagements than you usually would.

It really expands your audience since you can choose what type of people you want to follow you. I like to try and have a mix of different interest groups on my account.

Totally Bogus billing from this company. They do NOT provide a way to remove your credit card on their site. They bill out AFTER I tried to cancel 10 days BEFORE billing. They do not respond to cancel requests. I have emailed the co-founder and he doesn't respond. Had to call my credit card company to block them. ** Followup: _Upgrow's response isnt helpful. Notice how they didnt provide a phone number to call, or even an email in their response. Their suggestions of emailing them and chatting IS THE ISSUE! I have tried all those things, for over a month. They do not respond, they do not email me back. Stay away from them is all I can say.

Ai Tool looks great but is not functional. positive reviews here are also fake. do not respond to termination of monthly contract. claim termination easily via customer menu. there is a reference to chat tool. no answer & chats are simply deleted. bookings continue unabated! Absolute trash. They promise real followers with real likes and comments but they give you all fake followers. They put me on a monthly subscription after I cancelled my account after two weeks of trial since I noticed they keep adding fake followers to my account and they kept charging my account without me knowing. I stopped my subscription online twice and went back to my account few days after and I saw that they restarted my account and charged me for few months. I contacted them and asked them to stop my subscription but to this day, they are still trying to charge my account. However, I called my bank and asked to block them since they are a complete fraud company. I asked them to return my money since I was definitely not happy with the results due to all the fake followers they put on my account and they said they could only do so for one month only. However, I did tell them that I was not aware of the charges since I stopped my subscription online twice but they said that since they changed their website, it no longer stops subscriptions online.
