The “accounts” are real but the people behind the accounts are not real. All the “organic followers” are just organic accounts with the same spam content on each account. Not real people

TOTAL SCAM! I think most of these reviews are from their bots. All my followers I received from them were FAKE accounts. I'm currently trying to cancel and they don't allow you to cancel without having to talk to their agents which are not IMMEDIATELY available. They make you wait hours to speak to them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! ----------- EDIT They're lying, you cant cancel without getting in the chat with them, i been trying to talk to them since last week, i wish i could post a video here showing that every single time they send you to the chat, probably i will have to cancel my card in order to stop them. And they give generic answers, my name is not even David. LAME

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! As Per your response, You are LYING! The followers are completely fake. They have maybe one or two posts on their page. They are all private. As per canceling being one click, ANOTHER LIE! If it's so easy, walk us through the process RIGHT HERE for everyone to see. As per your OWN PAGE, it says "To cancel your subscription, simply reach out to our support team, and they will guide you through the seamless cancellation process." After submitting MULTIPLE REQUESTS, your support team has yet to respond. I will be calling my bank and telling them to block you from further charges.

Growth did not happen as quickly as promised — a net-new 600-700 followers over about 4 months. Not the 800-1,000/month as promised. Overall, it became too expensive. And good luck canceling. You have to submit a chat, which really is just a form that they’ll email you back in a few hours. If you happen to notice that email in your spam, you’ll see all they do is offer you an extension at 50% off. So the back and forth takes days to complete. Sadly, cancelation experiences like this is precisely why government is getting involved to force firms to make it as easy to cancel as it is to sign up.

Estoy intentando cancelar la subscripción y es imposible, el servicio de chat no da ninguna respuesta, pone todos los días que vuelven mañana. No es de mi agrado poner este tipo de reseñas, pero si desde la plataforma no puedo gestionarlo y el chat en vivo tampoco funciona, como puedo contactar con vosotros para solucionarlo?? Un saludo

I was foolish to trust all the good reviews and all the statements on their website about working with top companies. I should’ve done extra research before subscribing to their services. Turns out, the only way to cancel the subscription with them is to chat with their “customer service team”. Except this “team” always seems to be unavailable and even when their status says “We’ll be back in 2 hours”, they will not in fact, be back in 2 hours. I provided my email to get notified of a reply and sent them a separate email to no avail. I was trying to get in contact with a human being for days and no response whatsoever. I had to contact my bank to cancel my debit card and get a new one issued in the mail to prevent any future charges. This process gave me so much anxiety, lesson learned. I’m never one to write reviews but this process was made more complicated than it needed to be. You DO gain followers. But if they added an easier way to cancel or pause the subscription, situations like this would be avoided.

I'm utterly frustrated with this tool! It's ridiculously overpriced for the lackluster features it offers. The platform is sluggish, and getting anything done takes forever. Customer support is a rare sight, and when they do slow up, they're utterly useless. Do yourself a favor and avoid this disaster of a service.

What a rip-off! The platform promised fast results and effective engagement, but all I got was a slow, buggy mess. Their support team is impossible to reach, and when you finally get through, they provide zero useful solutions. I feel cheated out of my money and time.

worst customer service ive been trying to get a refund for services i cancelled 8 weeks ago and they have charged me twice since then every time i try and deal with support i get left unread for 2-3 days before someone responds and when i bring up the topic of wanting my refund and to verify the acct is fullllly closed and will not be charged again no one responds

This has to be the worst tech support I've even encountered. The team is clueless and unresponsive. The platform itself is a nightmare to use, with frequent crashes and glitches. I've wasted so much time and effort for practically no results. It's incredibly frustrating!

Avoid at all costs! This platform is complete failure. Nothing works as advertised, and the customer service is laughably bad. They're slow to respond and when they do, their 'solutions' are ineffective. I'm beyond disappointed and feel completely ripped off.

Disgusted by the lack of professionalism and efficiency. The platform is poorly designed and not intuitive at all. I've encountered numerous issues, and the support team has been no help. They don't seem to understand their own system! I would give zero stars if I could.

This platform is a massive disappointment! Promised a lot and delivered title. The setup process was a headache, and their customer service might as well be a brick wall. After weeks of trying, my engagement has barely budged. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Horrible experience! The user interface is a nightmare to navigate, and the features are subpar at best. I've seen no improvement in engagement, and their 'fast support' is a joke-slow and unhelpful: Completely overpriced for what you get. I regret signing up and advise everyone to steer clear of this platform.

Absolutely disappointed with this service! The platform is clunky and confusing, and it took ages to see any tangible results. For the price I'm paying, I expected much better. Customer Support is practically non-existent, and when they do respond, it's nothing helpful. Total waste of money and time!

The service felt a bit too good to be true, and these are the main points how Upgrow not only failed to deliver, but caused a lot of harm, insult, and one of the worst customer experiences ever. 1. Fake followers. First of all, there's a pattern with the followers that gives away they're not real. The profiles state where they're supposedly from, and one or two things they're "into". The profiles are private, they have only few or no followers, but follow tens/hundreds/thousands themselves. And no, it doesn't get better in a few weeks, as they say. I stuck with the service for several months, and I just kept getting these fake followers regularly, nothing more. Another proof is Instagram's own analytics: Look into the analytics panel to see where your followers really are from. My followers' profiles stated they were predominantly European (Italian, French, Spanish, etc.), but Instagram analytics showed zero followers from these countries. Instead, the only nationality / country that kept growing with the follower count, was Bangladesh, which means that's where these "followers" are created and maintained. Whether they buy these fake follower as a service, or produce them themselves, I don't know. 2. The worst thing is that they would not admit to this, instead provide vague, but seemingly overly polite answers, that would still completely ignore my findings. For example, I asked them in several occasions about these clearly fake followers and why Instagram's own analytics show completely different data than theirs, to which they would always reply, but never provided any concrete or valid answers. This brings me to the third insult: 3. Their service includes a dashboard, claiming to show statistics on the follower development, but it doesn't take long to see there's not much real data there. The timeline and the count is accurate, but the follower locations, and several other follower attributes have nothing to do with reality. For example, the alleged country split, along with at least two other metrics, would remain the same even after my follower count had multiplied several times (top-5 split always 40%-30%-20%-5%-5%). 4. Finally, as they realized I'm not buying their explanations and empty promises, they decided to quit my Upgrow monthly payment plan and offered a refund once I had stated I will write reviews to indicate the true content of their service. The refund would have been the first thing they did right, had it not been for the purpose of preventing me from sharing my experiences.

Can’t get ahold of customer support if you want to cancel I ended up filing a claim with my bank against the company for fraudulent activity, there is no way to cancel your subscription yourself be aware of this before giving these scammers your money

This platform is a trainwreck. It's supposed to make social media management easier, but it's done the exact opposite. The system is full of bugs, the user interface is a labyrinth, and the customer support is a ghost town. Stay away if you value your sanity and wallet.

Do not sign for this service! It's total scam. The platform is non-functional half the time, and customer support does nothing to resolve issues. I've lost time, money, and patience on this useless service.
