Akiko was great and very helpful, very clear in a response to questions. And the process was simple and straight forward. EXCEPT For the notary business as somebody else has said. I had to take the license pictures a bucket of times and there were problems such that the notary I was working for had to refer me to another. Everyone was helpful and professional but the process was awful. The bulk of my day, that day when I did the notary business, was taken up with the process. So the lip service given to it being nice and simple is a problem. Personally, I'd rather someone say to me, "It can be a little cumbersome but we ask you to be patient." It's more honest.

Tried the virtual notary 3 times but the apostrophe in my last name broke the system, apparently, so they could not verify my identity and I had to go to an in person notary.
