My Davinci Representative was Briana Hunter she was very professional and very prompt. It started out rocky due to the VO location being new and in the mist of working out some kinks. However, they're up and running now and it's beautiful. Thank goodness we hung in there as a team and got it done. It's an absolutely beautiful establishment located here in Akron Ohio. My Online Notary appointment went very well no hang up's at all. My setup with Customer Care Representative Akiko Acheib she also was very professional and prompt.
