It was quite refreshing to interact with a professional who is thorough, patient, knowledgeable. and who was tireless at looking up the history and doing whatever was necessary to get to the information needed to resolve my issues. In addition, her communications were pleasant and effective. McKinley is an asset to the DaVinci organization and I hope you compensate her well before someone steals her away.
