The online notary did not work for me. Tried over an hour to get the app to accept my documents. Then after I sent them to my DaVinci service rep and she sent them to the notary, stating all I would need to do with the notary was to sign documents; however, the online notary still requested for me to upload them with the same unacceptable results. I eventually went to the bank to have them notarized and resent.

Was easy to use and I have had no issues

I have been using Davinci Virtual Office Solutions virtual office address since April 2023, consistently paying $65 per month just for the address. A little over a month ago, I signed up for their mail forwarding service, and I was informed that mail would be forwarded on the last day of the month. I had an extremely important piece of mail sent to my business and have been following up with Davinci via emails and phone calls to confirm whether or not my mail was forwarded on August 30th. Despite sending multiple emails and making numerous calls, I’ve received no response. When I do get a reply, no one can confirm whether my mail was forwarded. I’ve been told repeatedly that they’re "reaching out to the virtual office," but I’ve yet to hear anything back. Even after speaking to a manager, I received the same poor level of service. I’ve called multiple times and been told they will contact the mailroom directly and get back to me, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. The last email I received simply stated, "When they reach out, we’ll reach out," which is unacceptable given that it’s been over two weeks. I would never recommend this company due to the lack of professionalism and customer service. Run as fast as you can!

It takes time for the address and mailing instruction to be given.

The notarization process was an absolute mess and a complete waste of time. We tried to get our documents notarized 4 times. There was a huge UI glitch that caused the text input area in the chatbox to disappear, so while I could see the messages from the notary come through, I couldn't respond. There was also no button to join a video call. I emailed the notary multiple times throughout the process and was consistently told to join the meeting with a button that didn't exist on my screen. This happened 3 times and all 3 notaries ended our meeting sessions without giving us a solution.

I had a great experience with Akiko Scheib & the whole team really. Nice and easy setup and the process wasn’t long at all. I love Davinci and will always refer you to others for your great service, economical prices, & virtual locations.

Website is laid out well and easy to navigate. All services are clearly marked with what you get and the price for each.
