10/10 setting up a virtual office

I signed up for Davinci last Wednesday and needed to ask specific questions about next steps. Called and emailed two different people who reached out to me and neither of them got back to me. One of them kept sending me the same email and when I would respond, I heard nothing back. Finally after 5 days, a third person reached out and helped me figure out next steps. She has been great with communicating and assisting me along the way. But I was disappointed that I paid for the office and have not been able to utilize it for a week now.

I am still waiting on response after I was told I have to pay fees to pick up my mail. They recommended a new office, but no one has followed up to confirm after several e-mails. I have no idea what's going on.
