We needed to organize the passing on of an access code from Davinci's receptionists to our social media consultants. This required a 5 minute window. Staci quickly understood our "problem" and left the receptionists a message on how to proceed.

If I had my way I would have given 0 star. Horrible. Eveytime my package needs to delivered, it get rejected by the associated company they use. I only receive one thing 1 every year and still cannot receive a piece of envelope by FEDEX. I always end up using someone else address or my house address. And I have been paying for 3 years.

I called earlier this month to request several documents our accountants needed and spoke with Staci Wilson. Staci was professional, polite, and genuinely eager to help. She quickly arranged for others at Davinci to produce the documents needed and within an hour or so of our conversation they arrived in my email box. Staci then followed up to ensure my needs were met. This level of customer service has become a rare experience. Thank you again for your excellent service, Staci. You deserve a raise and a promotion :-)

I wanted to share my recent experience with your services, and I have to say, it hasn't been great. Firstly, dealing with a team in Salt Lake City, Utah, for an office in our Canadian neighbourhood is quite inconvenient. Not being able to pay in Canadian dollars adds an unnecessary complication, and the insistence on US dollars feels like an outdated hassle. While the sales process was quick, trying to get in touch afterward has been like pulling teeth. Having to explain things repeatedly to different people is frustrating and time-consuming. It's not the smooth post-sale service I was expecting. Moreover, there seems to be a bit of a communication gap. What we say often doesn't seem to sync up with what your team understands, and instead of addressing our concerns, there's a tendency to repeat requirements that weren't clear from the start. When trying to cancel our contract, suddenly there's an interest in what went wrong. It's a bit disappointing that this attention only comes out when we're trying to end things.
