There are many virtual office companies out there, but what stood out with Davinci was my sales executive, Brittany Love. She was personable, cordial and professional on the phone and more importantly expedited my order and was always a phone call or email away for any questions. My hope is that my Cranberry PA staff meets the expectations Brittany has set.

Great easy and quick and to the point

Lack of communication. The office I originally selected was a complete dump and looked nothing like the photos listed plus there was someone working in the office that I would want to use and was an employee of the people who rent the space out. Davinci then told me they would work with me to switch to a different location. Unfortunately the only other locations that are ideal are more money but I decided to switch because bringing clients to a clean, well managed space is most important. I have been waiting now for longer than the amount of time they state is how long it takes and it’s been me reaching out every time asking for a status. Also every time you call the phone just rings and rings and eventually goes to voicemail. This is at all of the numbers. I was going to go to Industrious considering they had better plans and may just have to do that if I can’t get a confirmation by today. It’s now almost the end of the day EST and still no answer.

The representatives made the entire process far easier than I could ever imagine.

BAIT & SWITCH Instant Offices and Davinci Virtual Office are operating as the SAME COMPANY. Both companies offer the same virtual office locations at different prices. An inquiry was made with Instant Offices regarding a location however, a Davinci Virtual agent responded. I told the Davinci agent, my inquiry was made through Instant Offices and the price that’s quoted online. She said she’s unable to honor the quote from Instant Offices and offered me the same location at a price $34 higher per month. I emailed the Davinci agent, (Gigi Sloan) a screenshot of where this location quotes $50 a month. Her response was she is unable to honor that Instant Offices price. Take it or leave it at this price of $84/month! I quickly informed the agent of my legal profession, and made her aware of bait and switch tactics plus a violation of the consumer protection act. She never responded. I made several attempts at contacting someone at Instant Offices. Each time was routed to someone in the UK. Never receiving contact with a United States location. Was unable to get clarity on their online prices. Sent several emails to their Instant Offices email. All went unanswered. BAIT & SWITCH

My original review was fairly scathing, and I must admit it was written in a moment of frustration. Davinci Virtual Office Solutions was very responsive to my message, and they worked diligently to help me resolve my problem. I was able to finalize everything smoothly. I do recommend them for your virtual office solutions. Please disregard my previous review.

After I finished the setup process, I received a "Great news..." email about "...calling, chatting or emailing in to check on mail will have a $17.50 administrative fee per occurrence." No one mentioned during the set up. How ironic and dishonest.

I needed compliance document's pertaining to our office location and Staci was very helpful putting together what we needed and sent it immediately. Thank you Staci.
