At first it was hard to reach customer service regarding the address after payment made. Also when I selected the the address from the options available with the suite number, it changed after completion. Now my official paperwork has to be changed

Staci Wilson in the customer care office helped me a ton when I needed to change the name of the business and have that reflected in the virtual office space. I had a bunch of questions and she answered all of them, both online and on the phone. Highly recommend, and wonderful customer service.

The processing time is excessively long. I completed the online notary process last Friday, but I have yet to receive my account access, let alone my virtual office address (4 business days already). I also have Registered Agent (RA) and virtual office services with other companies, all of which are highly efficient and offer excellent customer service. I'm feeling very frustrated with the extended processing times and the complexity of the procedures.
