Both Staci Wilson and Gigi Sloan were always helpful, professional and fast acting with anything I asked for. I always enjoy interacting with them since they are very responsive, always gave me a clear answer and followed up with me concerning any questions or problems I had.

I have never met with such bad customer experience. We paid for virtual office but we can’t register office for almost 1 month. We sent required docs then in 3 days they ask for 1 more doc, we send it but then again 1 more doc etc. Customer support answers with a delay and nobody can tell us when this process will be finished. All in all, while waiting for office registration we spent more money on lawyers who accompany us through company registration.

Hi: I was notified that our phone service had been cut off due to expert of our credit card on file. I spoke with Staci Wilson who jumped in to help right away and quickly discovered that the wrong email was on file in terms of notifying me. Staci was able to set me up quickly on the account, with new sign in, right email and new credit card info on file and immediately get our phone line turned back on. We even were cut off during the conversation and she immediately called back to continue her assistance.
