The company took quick action to resolve some initial concerns I had about the service so I’ve edited my review to reflect their responsiveness. My only remaining qualm is that it’s a bit pricey for the add-on services, like mail forwarding and other minor changes, but otherwise I’ve had a very positive experience and I appreciate the help I’ve gotten from their reps.

Hello, What kind of account you are referring to? You have never sent me the contract. I have got major damage to my buisness as I needed that contract to submit my request for approval to City of Denver. I am not authorizing you, or Davinchi Virtual to charge any money from my card. Also I request a refund in full for all the money you charge me since I started to contact you. The agreement was that you provide me Virtual address so I can submit it to the city of Denver as part of the application to start my own business. I never met you guys and I am not sure if this is a fraud or Scam or what? I will involve an attorney if you do not give me full refund and stop charging my card.
