Easy process start to finish. Once picking the vehicle up I was talked through everything and reassured about the vehicle as I had never driven a van. The dropping off was great too and all staff were helpful and polite throughout the whole hire. Would definitely hire again & recommend.

Have hired from arnold clark lots off times, mainly inverness branch which are the most helpful and professional team. On this occasion i hired a medium sized car just to get me back home from arnold clark aberdeen , went in handed my licence and registration document for proof but also needed a utility bill which i did not have with me, i was asked if i had digital banking for proof so i went on could not download proof as was not working but was accepted. I went to hire the car for another day as i would ve traveling late but this was a hassle and they were so unhelpfull as my card did not work and she took the card number wrong twice in the end i said i can pay using there payment system and was told she was not allowed, as i was 109 miles away i could not come back just to pay for another days hire so she had to ask the manager to send the payment system. I was not told that i could pop down to my local branch to pay for the car in the end i put the car back to my local branch and was happy to pay the £50 pound. I would not use the aberdeen branch again , reason staff had to ask the manager for help twice very slow service and some members have a bit off an attitude and when i phoned to say there was a few problems with the car all this person said is we have other customers saying the same thing as me and nothing was offered to sort this issue out. My local inverness branch has always been the best so friendly and welcoming but sadly aberdeen branch need more training i would rather get a bus than hire from aberdeen again.

The staff. So helpful and went the extra mile to be as helpful as possible to myself and even my family. Came out to tell them that if there was anything they needed, the bathroom, drinks, a place to offer their prayers, they'd be more than happy to help. What a fantastic experience.

Perfect experience with Arnold Clark. The car was perfect. We had a flat tire and the assistance was very usefull. We only paid for the tire even if we didn’t take the extra guaranty. I truly recommend this rental car

It was amazing really easy car was tidy smart but a bit small it would be nice to have a small suv type car for offer eg voxhaul grandland x or Crossland x type car but other than that everyone was friendly and welcoming I was in done checks and back out. 100% amazing and cheep
