Arnold Clark gave very clear information as to what to do and paperwork needed to bring when collecting car. Even telephoned to get hire period extended without any problems

Better customer service and very cost effective

Booking showed on paper unlimited miles, however the staff mentioned it’s only 2,500 miles per month. Lovely van to drive but poor miss communication.

Utterly fantastic customer service from beginning to end - from the handling of my initial call, vehicle availability, ready for collection 60mins later, clean and well maintained, quick and easy hand-back - well done and keep it up!
