Friendly staff

Not very organised, communication very poor but overall good deal for the car rental.

Great customer service. Online application was easy with good service at the depot on collection. Had a brand new car too, a Skoda Karoq, which was excellent.

The process of hiring a van is quick and effortless, it was spotless and had everything and more to make it enjoyable to have. The staff were great and overall just a pleasant service provided. Highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future
