Very friendly staff. Check in was very efficient and easy. Excellent vehicle, which was a free upgrade. Reservation staff were very helpful when we had to extend our return of the vehicle due to flight disruption. Will definitely book with this company again next time we are in the UK.

All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The whole process of booking a van, checking in, collection and return, were all easy and straightforward. It was also good that the van was supplied full of fuel, and simply needed to be returned with a full tank. I was even able to leave my car on site, whilst I had the hire vehicle.
