All staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This is my second booking in a number of weeks, both vehicles were clean and well kept, detailed handover from staff. They answered any questions I had with ease and friendliness. Hire rates are reasonable and it was very simple to ammend the booking to extend the hire. 100% will use again

Hired a large van to clear out my aunts garage. Cost was good as I only required it for 3 hours, a fraction of the cost of a comparable skip. Staff at the Stirling branch were so helpful and pleasant, couldn’t do enough for you. Overall a great experience.

Cars are always clean and in good quality. I had a soft puncture and they immediately offered to either change the vehicle or have the tyre replaced. Issue resolved straight away, no calms. Staff great to deal with.

Easy to deal with: friendly service.

Absolutely painless from start to finish. The interface between web site and AC's CRM software doesn't work. Pain in the backside for the staff and not very slick in front of customers but probably an expensive fix and not the end of the world. Staff were excellent, communication was excellent. Refreshing to come away from a retail experience not feeling like I'd had a root canal. Top job! Keep it up.
