Great experience with Arnold Clarke the staff were great and very friendly. I was nervous as I’d just moved house and didn’t have the right address on my license yet but they were more then accommodating. The car I was given was a great car and lovely to drive and had no faults.

Excellent customer service, polite, friendly staff. When I arrived to pick up the car, the reception was busy with customers and the staff dealt with everyone quickly and professionally. Car was excellent, a lovely BMW, was clean and tidy, well maintained. Price was good especially with the discount they were offering at the time. Would definitely use them again.

Very good welcome, easy-to-find shuttle. We were even called back on Monday to let us know the time of the last shuttle on 31/12. A real plus. Thanks to the people on site who make the effort to speak French!

I had never heard of Arnold Clark. I rented from Arnold Clark over the more popular American brands with which I’m familiar because it has so many excellent reviews. I’m so glad I did. The main things I look for in a rental company are quality automobiles and trustworthiness. These guys are friendly, professional, and honest. It’s nerve-wracking enough to drive in another country (especially when you have to learn to sit on the right and drive on the left lane) that you don’t want to stress over whether your rental car company will try to charge you for scratches and other small damage that you didn’t cause. The staff were completely sincere, and I felt completely at ease. I recommend them highly. I wish they were in the U.S. and Ireland as well. My experience in Scotland was so much more enjoyable because of their great service.
