My booking got cancelled without informing me instead of trying and fixing the problem the tried to make me pay for another booking and wait for the answer from the first one even though I had plans that day that had to be completed, only after I started getting mad they tried fixing it on the spot which had caused me a lot of stress. Before booking the van I have called them and asked what will I need to bring with me to the booking they have told me that I would only need a dvla code and a driving licence however when I came to pick up the van they told me a need a proof of address

The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant which is refreshing these days where most companies don't seem to care about customer service anymore. The dual control cars are a pleasure to drive and at £18 and hour (2 hours with young Scot card) is an absolute bargain.
