I recently hired a car from Arnold Clark at very short notice as my own is in at the garage I needed one to get myself and family to a funeral staff dealt with my enquiry very swiftly and professionally The car that I received was a nissan juke very comfortable and lovely to drive

The team at Arnold Clark Car and Van rental were amazing. They all fulfilled their roles perfectly, friendly, helpful and super efficient. I genuinely can’t remember the last time I’ve experienced such good customer service. I’d been having a bit of a nightmare week and needed a car after mine broke down, the staff who dealt with me were a total joy, they even made my 3 y/o feel really special when I had to drag her in to return the vehicle. The whole team deserves a HUGE pat on the back for delivering such consistent and good customer interactions and of course I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
