This class was one of the best classes I have taken so far. The trainer explained everything so clearly, shared tons of resources at a fraction of the price comparing to other courses. The class was very interactive and fun. I passed the exam on first attempt with 100%, did not even looked up the Scrum Guide and knew everything on top of my head. I finished all questions in 25 minutes. All thanks to Bonsy!

The instructor was very effective and engaging. She utilized real-world examples to demonstrate the application of the Scrum Framework and facilitated group exercises to reinforce concepts. It was very well done. The course itself was useful in demonstrating a teamwork philosophy that is powerful in driving productivity.

I signed up for the course the evening before, and assumed it would be a slow or boring 2-days behind a screen (starting at 7am!), but the instructor did a fantastic job at delivering the materials in an engaging way, adding various activities, and providing helpful answers to a variety of questions. It was great.

I had a 2-day CSM course with Bonsy Yelsangi. It was such a valuable training! I'm grateful for her encouragement, motivating & engaging class, detailed explanations, patience, and support during these days. It was truly inspiring! We used different tools and worked in group many times, so it was not just a lecture but a great workshop

I recently attended the scrum master training and unfortunately the course did not meet my expectations. The training was not as engaging as I had hoped and did not cover all of the requirements to be an effective Scrum Master. It felt very scripted and lacked effective communication with the event organizer. On top of that, I paid an extra $100 for added resume and mentoring assistance and never received any emails regarding this. I tried calling the help number and never heard back from them. I don't think this company cares about your success and seems to just want your money

I must say Bonsy Yelsongi is an excellent trainer. She kept us engaged and focus. She provided several examples of real life and excersices that help us to reaffirmed what we learned.
