I didn’t know what to expect going into this course but I was pleasantly surprised! It was interactive with different visuals such as pictures, videos and even a game at the end. Our instructor was extremely knowledgeable and made learning Scrum very digestible. I highly recommend! And it you are skeptical this is a real review not one of those paid fake ones. lol. Jeff is a great real world instructor. When adjustments were needed to fully understand the information, he pivoted.

UCAgile arbitrarily merged my training with another certification provider. I spent a couple of days researching the course instructor, before deciding if I want to take the training. They would not respond to any calls once they made this class merge resulting in a class strength of almost 40 trainees. Totally untrustworthy!

Bonsy was an incredible facilitator and made the Scrum Master course a fun, informative and collaborative experience. The vast experience that Bonsy has in the Scrum Master area was apparent at each step. Passing the exam on the first try with flying colors is a testament to how effective the training was.
