Bonsy Yelsangi was a fantastic trainer! I would definitely use UCAgile for any future certifications. I know theres lots of options out there to get your certifications, but you truly won’t regret using this company. Had a great time. Content was well explained. Tools were useful. I wrote the test the evening of completing the course and was able to pass without any issues.

UC Agile is the right place to be to acquire practical knowledge in Scrum, I had an engaging class with Bonsy Yelsangi. I would recommend her class to my colleagues, what stood out for me was how she encouraged everyone to write the certification immediately after the class. The course I took was great, with Bonsy Yelsangi as the instructor. She kept the material informative and fun. As someone who has operated in a scrum master role for the last decade, I was able to validate my existing knowledge and improve and expand upon it in many ways. I experienced a minor frustration with UC Agile, in that the timing and instructor I had originally signed up for was cancelled the night before the training session. They provided easy options for rebooking the course with a different instructor, so all was good.

I had an amazing experience following the CSM training class with Bonsy Yelsangi. It was interactive, visual and fun. I felt fully prepared for the CSM test and passed it with a perfect score thanks to the help of this instructor. I will definitely use UC Agile for my next certification training.
