It was quite enlighting, I took this course for carreer development, but I'm finding it extremely useful in my job practice eventhough I'm not yet in the role of the product owner. The instructor was great also, he makes the course very interactive so you get real hands on experience.

I took the 2-day CSM training with Bonsy Yelsangi. The class was very interactive, and the breakout sessions made the class fun and engaging. After the 2-day training, I felt very prepared for the exam. I took the exam right after class and passed!

Sessions gave value Working within a company that practiced scrum for nearly 10 years I finally was able to get a few aha moments of why things was done in a certain way, also understanding why things kept becoming unorganized at parts of the organization. I understood that if we had implemented minor things or tried to change a few of the processes into what I learned in this course, things defenetly could have improved for the better. Bonsy was a great teacher having the perfect pace through the different sessions. Thanks.

Bonsy was amazing! Her technique keeps you engaged and makes learning about Scrum fun! Lots of examples and interactive tasks that help you grasp the concepts. Glad I was able to be apart and I passed my exam with ease!

Great course overall! Course is very interactive and structured very well. Even though classes have 50 people in attendance, Bonsy does a great job of getting to everyone's questions at the right time. I took the exam the day after the course finished and passed.

Going into this course I had: 1. A working understanding of Agile practices (or so I thought) 2. A lot of people's comments decrying the Agile/Scrum's rigidity floating around in my head 3. A sincere desire to learn and understand The instructor, Bonsy Yelsangi, did an absolutely fantastic job of delivering the content, keeping the class moving (while still making time to answer questions), and sharing a great many tips from her own extensive experience. Simultaneously she drove home an understanding of scrum as being a flexible framework to be employed as a useful tool, and not the immutable word of some would be techno-cult to be wielded with malevolence. I learned a lot, and came away with a great many ideas that I hope will allow both me and my team to simply build cool things, replacing unnecessary procedural overhead with clarity and satisfaction.

I recently attended the Certified Scrum Master course through Simpli Learn. Bonsy was our instructor. By far this was the best online training I have attended in a very long time. She was engaging, using a interactive white board instead of PowerPoint slides was great. She shared valuable experience that was very on point. Just overall a truly great experience and passed test in only a few minutes after the class.

Very engaging class, with lots of real world examples.

HORRIBLE experience. This group is unprofessional. I was called every day until I paid for the PMP Training, no additional email or literture was provided as PROMISED. I joined the zoom call early and no one attended. I called the consultant who informed me that they did not have enough participation and they will move me to a later date; however, NO communication and I took time off from work. Unfortunately, I read the reviews after paying. I'm requesting FULL REFUND and a letter of apology for my time!

I was given a different instructor without any notification. I signed up for the class with Jeff McKenna, however, was surprised to find another instructor after I joined the class via Zoom. I have no complaints against the new instructor. The new instructor was great and taught us well, however, being from a programming background, I was specifically interested in the class with Jeff McKenna. No previous notifications were provided regarding the class instructor change, which I believe should have been provided beforehand.

Again, the illustrations that Bonsy provided and her detailed explanations really was a tremendous help.
