Very happy with the Class Happy to see it was more than just a facilitation. The hands on activities were super helpful with understanding the material.

Bonsy was my coach with UC Agile. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in guiding our group through the scrum process. I felt like the course gave me all of the tools needed to pass the CSM test! The only request would be to have supporting/prep documents sent out sooner than the day before the training. Otherwise, I was quite satisfied!

I took the Scrum Master course with very limited knowledge prior to joining the course. My instructor Bonsy was great. She broke down the course in a way that anyone could understand. I am so happy that I was able to learn and retain information about Scrum & Agile.

I would like to also give a very special shoutout and thank you to Bonsy Yelsangi who was my amazing instructor for the Certified Scrum Master Training Class over the weekend! She was very sharp, resourceful, organized, and patient in presenting the content in a concise way that made it easy for everyone to understand the concepts as well as take notes. The class was fun and interactive! She made it very clear what was expected of us which helped all of the students to be successful! The YouTube videos helped us to discover different ways of applying Scrum and helped us to adopt an agile mind-set. The breakout room sessions were super helpful in giving the students the ability to apply what they’ve learned right away. Also, I love the way she emphasized and repeated important topics and definitions that needed to be remembered in a summarizing way after teaching each point or concept. This made note-taking for me very easy and helped me to stay organized throughout as she taught us the concepts. Having the Scrum Guide visually accessible and the Certified Scrum Master Training Workbook printed out on hand helped me gain a quick and clear understanding of the material. Lastly, the visual aids were outstanding. I love that she taught us how to use this cute tool called Murai in which we were able to see our Wall of Work(used to communicate the stages of your project within your team. This tracks the progress of your work and helps the team focus on current goals while being able to see the state of all work at anytime). We were all able to see the task to be completed and track our progress as if we were in real live sprints! The Burndown charts and The Parking Lot were my favorites! The BDC’s 📈 allowed us to visually track how many items were in our sprint backlog versus our sprint duration which is the classroom time we had to get everything done. This helped us to see if we were falling behind, right on track, or ahead of time in completing the task. The PL 🅿️ allowed us to write our questions down to be answered later. Thank you Bonsy for being an excellent instructor! You’ve set us all up to be successful Scrum Masters! 😉🩷💃🏽🎉🥰

I was scared to register for the csm course but I summoned the courage and I am glad I did with your Unusual concept on scrum alliance page. It was worth it and the instructor Bonsy was well detailed and answered every question during the session. The mock exam really helped me preparing for the exams.

Mrs. Bonsy Yelsangi was excellent. She covered the material in a timely fashion, and patiently took questions during the sessions and after. She answered each one thoroughly which showed an insightful pragmatic view of Scrum. I originally signed up for Benjamin Sommer as my instructor. When I saw Mrs. Yelsangi I thought, "I don't think that's Benjamin." I found out that they are with the same company. I passed the CSM two days after the course. Thank you for helping me become a Certified ScrumMaster!

I was initially supposed to take the course with a different instructor, but they had to cancel, and so I was placed in Bonsy Yelsangi‘s class. I’m so glad that things worked out the way they did, because Bonsy turned out to be an amazing instructor. Her level of knowledge is superior and the way that she teaches is very engaging. She tied in examples of real situations that she has experienced as a Scrum Master to help her students deeper understand a topic. We broke off into discussion groups, and though I was intimidated at first, I ended up enjoying my time getting to know other professionals and working in collaboration to work the activities. If I had to take this class again I would take it with Bonsy and if I were asked by a friend if her class was worth it I’d say yes every single time.

I recently enrolled in the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) course and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Despite hoping to be instructed by a specific trainer (Jeff McKenna), I discovered that the main trainer was an assistant trainer on the path to certification. While the trainee tried his best, I was disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the actual instructor for the course. Throughout the program, I found that excessive time was dedicated to tangents, resulting in limited opportunities for valuable discussions and hands-on exercises in the breakout rooms. These activities are essential for reinforcing comprehension and practical application of the concepts, as well as maximizing our time effectively. In addition, the frequent typos in the trainer's materials indicated a lack of attention to detail and professionalism, which diminished the overall quality of the educational content. The company's communication prior to the course was disorganized, sending out multiple conflicting emails with differing information and links, causing confusion and hindering access to the class. This unpreparedness and lack of clear communication not only proved frustrating but also raised concerns about the company's competency and reliability. While I am grateful for achieving the certification, I cannot overlook the notable deficiencies of this CSPO course. The undisclosed change in the instructor, the excessive time spent on irrelevant topics, and the disarray surrounding course materials and logistics collectively contribute to a feeling of dissatisfaction and a belief that the course did not deliver the anticipated value for the investment made over the weekend. Update/Additional Details: I took the class through Unusual Concepts, and instead of Jeff McKenna teaching, he was providing support to Alexander Frumkin who was working on becoming a certified instructor. The class was on 2/24 and 2/25.
