The course information was informative and the instructor was great with explaining the topics clearly, relating them to real life situations. Just an overall great course.

I recently took Certified Scrum Master training with Bonsy Yelsangi - and it was excellent. Bonsy went through the material in a very engaging way, using whiteboard illustrations, breakout sessions, and interactive exercises - in short, it wasn't boring like so many online training classes can be! The examples she used to illustrate her points were relevant and brought the concepts down to real world level. I'd recommend her to anyone wanting to take the CSM course.

Excellent course. The UC Agile CSM course was an excellent introduction to Scrum and Agile. A lot of interactive sessions and group work to bring the lessons together. Bonsy Yelsangi is an excellent instructor, and has a deep depth of knowledge in Agile/Scrum.

Overall, the course was okay. The use of Mural was great and well put together and the breakout sessions were engaging. The day was very long, with the energy visibly dipping after the long break. Signed up for the course under the impression we would have a certain instructor, however, we went in with an entirely different instructor (Sasha). There was no mention that the instructor could be different than advertised. The instructor explained topics in a round-about way, using personal stories as the real-world examples, however, that sometimes did not help students grasp the topics. Even the topics I was familiar with were hard to understand from the instructor. We repeatedly had to ask for clarification, and it was clear that the students were not understanding fully, as there were a lot of dead moments in the class. The instructor also called on students, and frequently students would have to ask him to repeat the question. Generally, this was because it was hard to understand the concepts or questions the instructor was asking, not because the student wasn't paying attention. This was further evident in our breakout rooms where we shared our thoughts and feelings on his instructing style and lack of effectiveness.

Very informative and Bonsy Yelsangi is a great trainer. I would definitely recommend this course.
