Great experience for required training prior to CSM exam. Instructor was knowledgeable and gave us tools to be successful on the exam and in real life. The structure and lessons of the class were well put together and everything had a teaching point to it.

UC Agile is great, it's legit, the instructor, Bonsy Yeslangi is exceptional in explaining the Scum frame work and how each role is essential in the overall delivery of the product backlogs and increment. I would definitely recommend her and UC Agile! No flood e-mails, no promotional ads, just straight to the point, to the materials, they make sure everyone is accomodated, and everyone gets access to every tools needed to complete the training.

My understanding of Scrum greatly increased because of this class. I learned the responsibilities all three roles have. Our teacher Bonsy kept our course engaging with group activities so we could put what we learned into practice.

I took the CSM course with Bonsy and I found it engaging, especially considering the interactive class activities interspersed with reasonable-length lectures. The materials she provided were excellent. I am happy to say that two days after the class, after reviewing all the materials I passed the CSM exam with a high score.

Bonsy was a great teacher who was thorough in her presentation, well versed in the Scrum Master methodology, and had a wealth of experience that she continually pulled from to answer our questions.

I took the CSM certification course with Bonsy and I could not be happier. The coursework was engaging and fun (especially the interactive quiz at the end of the program where you compete against peers to test your knowledge). The group work was lively and broke up the lectures at the end of each chapter, which was a great way to connect to others in the course and to work together to improve our learning. I would absolutely recommend this course to anyone interested in obtaining a CSM certification - I (and many of my peers in the course) passed on our first attempt thanks to Bonsy's instruction.
