Came into this knowing nothing about Scrum and was nervous that I would not be able to understand the material in a matter of 16 hours. Raj Kasturi was a great instructor and made sure everything was easy to follow along with and kept the class engaged. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their certification.

Bonsy is an amazing instructor. She was very engaging, to the point, giving out real world examples, interactive and very flexible.

Bonsy was fantastic at making the content relatable with real life examples. She kept us on track and used the burndown chart as a helpful learning tool. I really enjoyed the class, and it gave me the information I needed to pass the CSM test on the first try.

The class was fantastic. She has an answer for all your questions, she keeps the class goal oriented and at the same time gives you the example of how to work by her doing. I enjoyed the class, and everything to be assesed on the certification test was perfectly covered

Bonsy yelsangi was excellent. The 2 day session for CSM under Bonsy's guidance was a breeze. She made the sessions more interesting with quizzes and question answers. The group activities felt more like real time scrum planning. Totally worth the time. Course content was very detailed, precise, well planned and executed by Bonsy. I was able to get my certification within 30 minutes of completing the 2 day session. Thank you Bonsy!

The course was professionally led, interactive and informative. I did not find value in the group breakout sessions, and some of the info provided was conflicting when questions were asked on the exam. Overall, great course and instructor.

Coming from a non-tech background I was nervous about taking the class, but it was easy to understand and fun to learn! I took Raj Kasturi's class and he is just wonderful! He's very engaging, knowledgeable, and I appreciate that he doesn't just read slides out loud to you. His mix of visual, reading/writing, and social teaching methods really helped things stick and allowed me to easily ace the test on my first try. And, I loved his dry sense of humor. Thank you Raj!

I think I might have been one of the only people in the class that doesn't already work in the tech industry but the instruction and content was still digestible for me. I followed along well and was continually engaged. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

The class is a thorough coverage of Scrum foundation and practical theory. The course will definitely equip you with the necessary tools and mindset to apply the framework. However, the test link did not arrive as promised (i.e., within 48 hours of taking the course). Additionally, having to wait the additional time to take the exam is a definite downside. Customer support was not quick with response nor easy to access, which is the reason for the lower rating. Hopefully, there will be improvements made in these areas.

The class was great preparation for the Scrum Master certification -- I took the exam an hour after the class ended and passed. Bonsy, the instructor, was awesome -- managed the class time well, made it interesting and fun and and prepped us for being a Scrum Master.
