I was absolutely loving this company and have had no problems with them up until I required a 2 day delay on a payment in August 2024 I gave plenty of notice and asked for a little bit of help but had no response from them at all, their email address either doesn't work or is not even looked at. I paid them literally 2 days after due date as promised and they have marked it as a payment in arrears on credit file. Late yes but not missed, so if you are going into hospital like I did they won't help you even after I asked. It's a shame really because I've never had any issues with them until now and I was considering returning as a customer next year. 😞

Do not use! The interest is so high you make payments for two years and still owe more than the value paid for the vehicle. The harassment you get when owing one payment and trying to work with them is not worth it either.

Initially had a bad experience with an agent, then spoke to two other agents called Mia and Yasmin who were very helpful and helped me raise the feedback, very understanding, professional and patient. Then had a call quickly from Callum one of the Managers who acknowledged my frustration, offered me extra support and gave me reassurance. Very happy with the way this expression of dissatisfaction was handled and hopefully can put the initial unpleasant encounter behind.
