My Grandmother recently acquired vehicle finance and as the account holder, she understands she is liable for the monthly payments. Me and my Grandmother had made informal arrangements for repayments, understanding she is liable - we tried to change the DD into my account through a DD mandate and they could not accommodate this (which is fine and understandable). However at the end of the call, the agent Beverly was quite patronising, interrupted us, was rude and tried to make it sound like we were doing something completely wrong when all we were doing was querying.
