I have tried several times to make payment, my credit rating is ruined because I have a couple of outstanding payments, which I have emailed on multiple occasions to resolve and had nothing back. I have tried to call and been cut off, I have tried to pay via the website & it won’t accept payment. I have tried to pay over the phone and this wasn’t possible either. I cannot get in contact and my credit is now ruined.
