Purchased a vehicle in June 2023. Had multiple problems with the vehicle within the first 6 months. I was totally i unaware that I could send vehicle back ( clearly missold finance) Sent car back to dealership to have issues dealt with. One of the issues was the waterpump needed replaced which was replaced by the dealership. Less than a year on and haven't had multiple other issues that I paid for myself with my own mechanic as vehicle was now out of warranty. My head gasket has gone leaving a nice little bill of £2700 whilst I still owe £12000 on my finance. I contacted moneyway after seeking legal advise and was told by moneyway to get evidence of work that had been carried out within the first six months and to have a report made by a mechanic. So i paid another £150 to my mechanic to have a report drawn up that clearly indicates that a faulty waterpump could have lead to this issue. Got a call from from an advisor who lacked any type of empathy or understanding who told me that because I had driven the car 20000 that there is nothing they could do as this apparently is a clear indicator that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle in the first place!!! Well i can tell you that there were many many problems with the vehicle and getting to 20000 miles was not done without a huge cost to me!! Nothing professional! Nothing understanding about this company!! They didn't even contact the dealership!! Avoid at all cost!!

Don't know if it's finance companies fault however I've bought a car through a garage linked to this company and they still haven't delivered the car 2 weeks after I signed and my first payment will be due before I get the car at this rate
