Always had first class service

For the second time, my mailers took FOREVER to arrive to my clients. I was told when I called your business it would take 2 business days for my postcards to be sent... They still haven't arrived and it is after the date I needed it. I'm embarrassed that my clients are receiving a 4th of July mailer weeks after the holiday. What a waste of money!

I’ve never been disappointed with Expresscopy and have been a customer for probably 7 years or so. My wife and I are starting our real estate business from scratch moving from the west coast to Florida so these mailers and the finished product are so important. Our last order, a trifold newsletter, that I’ve had done previously was printed improperly and literally became a piece of anonymous junk mail. Since it was perfectly done on the last order, I had reason to believe it wouldn’t be done the same way. I mailed two different areas this go around, (one for me and one for my wife), spending approximately $600. While working on my letter, the Expresscopy site became locked up or something and I had to call support to get a work around which we did, however after attempting to fix it numerous times, I ended up putting my wife’s bio on my newsletter. Starting our careers over in a new market is not easy and the $’s we spend really need to be effective for us. This one hurt.

The template was eye catching. However, no space for email address. I called and they helped w/ it. Overall I thought the format to get what I needed wasn’t user friendly. The photo was super tiny. It didn’t look like that on proof. Have used the company years ago and it was great. The process to get the text desired was more work than I anticipated.

The post cards were great!! I do think I will spring for the larger size next time but that was my doing.. I wanted to see what the quality was like first before investing too much money, and I was not disappointed.

Express copy has a wide variety of templates. They are especially quick, so “express” is very fitting for their name. They do cost a more than ProspectsPlus. They also do not have the flexibility of changing a font style or size or color, which ProspectsPlus does have. (Perhaps I have just not discovered how.). Nor do they allow one to move the text boxes around, not resize the image at all. ProspectsPlus does allow that.

The customer service was fabulous, and the prices were very good. Unfortunately, the quality of the printing was just so-so.

I have been receiving all of the flyers back that were bought! They are not going to P.O. Box like I have said on there. This is happening way to much!
