If I could give no stars I would. I have no idea where these other 5 stars reviews have come from but this company was useless. Charged us £260for boiler insurance, took 5 days to send an engineer and then refused to fix the problem because we had heating but no hot water!! The boiler works both!! Absolute joke, very unhelpful and customer service terrible. Still also waiting in service that they won’t do until problem is fixed and any problem with service they won’t fix!!! What’s the point!! Very 😔

It was Comforting to know that Mr Damien was solely committed to assisting me in finding the appropriate product suitable for me. Focused, yet relatable. He clearly was 'working for me ' as he often mentioned.

I was called this afternoon by Saif k. from Smart cover who was upbeat, passionate and driven about his product. I purchased life cover from him and found that he was really compassionate about my budget and needs .I truly believe that I have made a great purchase. I have been in high level Retail industry, sales and marketing for over 18 years and if more call centre agents had the passion and drive that Saif had, there would be a lot of satisfy clients.

They should consider applications for people with health occurrences and have difficulty in filling up forms

For now I'd say it's too early to give a review as I've just signed up, otherwise the broker that I spoke to was good, professional and articulate in all his explanations.
