I had a great experience today with Ben at Smarter Cover. I reached out to them for life insurance as I have done this on three previous occasions and had sales people pestering me for days. Smarter Cover and Ben was totally different. Explained himself really well and offered me some of the beat deals. It did take a long time in the phone but there are lots of questions to go through. I would definitely recommend Smarter and Ben if you’re looking for life cover.

Enquired about a life insurance quote in November 2023. Due to some ongoing medical issues I was unable to proceed at the time. Since then, I have repeatedly told Smarter Cover every time they ring, that I do not want a quote from them as I have sourced cover elsewhere and to please remove my details from their system. Despite this they continue to call me and usually, when I say I have asked for my details to be removed, they just hang up on me. They have no regard for Data Rights and if I receive 1 more call from them, I will raise a complaint with the ICO as it seems that might be the only way to get them to stop pestering me and actually honour Article 17 of UK GDPR and my right to erasure.

Oh my goodness! His the funniest and very good at what he does. Enjoyed listening to him and he is very explanatory.
