Just had a call from Damien, was lovely to talk to until I said I wanted to have the quotes by email, he then asked me which quote I wanted to choose, I said I'd like to discuss with my husband before I decide to which he replied "ah typical British public" not long before having up on me, I'm very sorry that me wanting to chat with my husband before committing to life insurance is such an inconvenience, glad i didn't take any cover with this company. Edited 24/07/24 just had another call from this company and when I said I wasn't interested because of the previous rudeness he got defensive arguing why the last guy was so pushy, it's really not my concern that other people don't take your insurance after you quote them, I will be spreading far and wide to everyone I can to avoid this company and their pushy tactics.

We had an electrical fault repaired by Smart Cover a few months ago. The same fault has reoccured but when we phoned them we were told they won't come out because it's a pre-existing fault. We questioned this as surely their work should be guaranteed but it's not. They do not guarantee their own work. Safe to day we are not renewing our cover.
