Good product as advertised but expensive postage cost

Never again, sent wrong item then offered to replace for correct spec item to what I ordered then changed their mind. Won’t be using again. Very dishonest

Terrible company Mis-sell items by diplaying higher spec items and sending out lower spec items. Promise to replace with correct spec item and then change their mind. Have screen shots of false advertised items and offers to replace with correct spec item. Not great sell you low spec items for high prices based on specs of better items. Oh and don’t leave a bad review just received a email threat.

Sat nav was out of stock but good communication from the company and was delivered within a couple of days. Cheaper than Amazon or Halfords.

The service was very efficient.

XT Wiring Harness arrived, suitably packaged to prevent damage, in a couple of days. Now just need my new bike to install.

Delivery was as per the web page said. I have a Garmin Zumo 550 and inserted the card and works fine. (France) Not tried the Spain and Portugal card but if it works like the France card I will be very happy.

Sad to say I had a very poor experience with active gps. I ordered a snooper xl on Saturday with expedited delivery. I telephoned on Monday as I had not email confirmation ( I had already emailed but no reply ) I was told emails will be sent out at 5pm. Alas no email and now reply to my previous email either . This morning I phone up to be told sorry there out of stock !! Seriously this company has appalling customer service I would not recommend them they lack both communication and customer service .
